Region
Coorg -Our beans are sourced directly from select family-owned estates in the misty hills of Coorg — one of India’s most renowned coffee regions. Nestled within the Western Ghats, these farms grow Arabica and Robusta under shade, surrounded by pepper vines and forest trees. What makes them truly special is the care with which each bean is handpicked and processed — using washed or natural methods that highlight the region’s unique flavour. This is coffee grown with intention, tradition, and a deep respect for the land.

Shade-Grown
Why Shade- grown matters? Our coffee is grown under the natural canopy of native trees — a method known as shade-grown farming. This slower, more sustainable approach allows the beans to mature gradually, developing deeper, more complex flavours. Shade-grown farms support richer biodiversity, protect bird habitats, and preserve soil health. The result is coffee that’s not only better for the planet, but also smoother, fuller, and more nuanced in every cup. It’s nature’s way of growing better coffee.
